This is Sherie from the La Mesa drop site. I’ve been talking to Paul about a cause that’s near and dear to my heart, hopefully you have heard. It’s about the Sunrise Powerlink which will be going right through our neighborhood and some other beautiful untouched areas of east county.
We will be having a Country Fundraiser we will be having on May 30th in Lakside. (It’ll be held in a beautiful valley in Lakeside, El Monte Valley, that the powerline will be going through.) We’re looking for donations, whatever anyone thinks they have that would be good to raffle off and for people who would like to attend to listen to local bands and play dunk the SDG&E guy, etc. We need to pay our lawyers!
